—Small images will be shipped flat so as to prevent paper curling found when shipping rolled into a tube, Larger and all international shipments will be shipped rolled to remain cost effective and so as to prevent damages to corners.

—Please note, the printed surface is very fragile and sensitive to abrasions- it can scuff or scratch very easily unless care is taken. Do not touch or wipe the printed surface with bare hands. Use only compressed air or wipe gently with an Anti-Static brush if absolutely necessary.

—For best results, paper-like substrate prints should be dry mounted in a vacuum press for several minutes at a temperature of approximately 185° F. The clay-coated surface of the paper is extremely sensitive and may discolor at temperatures exceeding 200° F. Please call for canvas mounting instructions.
